The day to day administration of the registry is headed by Deputy Official Receiver Pengiran Siti Nursu’aidah binti Pengiran Jufrizar @ Pengiran Tajuddin. The Registry consists of two (2) Assistant Official Receivers, one (1) Legal Assistant, one (1) Office Supervisor, one (1) Registration Clerk, four (4) clerks and one (1) Process Server.

The Registry provides various services which among others include:
  • Name Search
  • Deed of Assignment


Name Search

The Registry receives applications from both the Government and private sectors to conduct name searches on individuals and companies. As part of fulfilling the registry’s commitment to provide efficient and expeditious services, the registry endeavors to produce results within a three weeks’ time frame.


Deed of Assignment

The Registry also provides services for registration of Deeds of Assignments (DA). This is by virtue of section 48 of the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 67). All registered DA will be logged into the JCMS and PHP database for record purposes. The fee for each registration is BND$1.00.

Service Bureau Counter

​Mondays to Thursdays and Saturdays:
8.00 AM – 11.00 PM
2.00 PM – 3.00 PM

Saturdays:
8.00 – 10.00 AM

8.00 AM – 2.00 PM (during Ramadhan)
