The Honourable Chief Justice Dato Paduka Steven Chong heard an application this morning for Mr. Simon Henry Farrell, Queen’s Counsel (QC) to be admitted to practice as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Brunei Darussalam pursuant to the Legal Profession Act, Chapter 132, for the purpose of representing both defendants in HCCT No. 11 of 2018 and for the purpose of and in all matters related to the proceedings by the Public Prosecutor against former judicial officers Ramzidah binti Pehin Datu Kesuma Diraja Kol (B) Haji Abdul Rahman and Haji Nabil Daraina bin Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Ustaz Hj Badaruddin.
