The case concerning former judicial officers Ramzidah binti Pehin Datu Kesuma Diraja Kol (B) Haji Abdul Rahman (the first defendant) and Haji Nabil Daraina bin Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Ustaz Hj Badaruddin (the second defendant) was mentioned this morning in the High Court by the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Muhammed Faisal bin PDJLD DSP Hj Kefli, who exercised his function as a Judge pursuant to Section 29 (1) of the Supreme Court Act, Chapter 5. It was informed to parties that the presiding judge, The Honourable Justice Gareth Lugar Mawson is on medical leave. As such, the case was adjourned to 6th February 2019 at 9.00 am for further mention.

Members of the public are informed that whilst proceedings are in open court, space in the public galleries is limited and photography or video recordings is not allowed in courtrooms. Members of the public are also reminded to abide by court etiquette when attending proceedings.
